Experience behind Growleads
Growleads is not Chintan's first BPO. In 2012 he founded Paddle Point BPO Services in Thane, India, and grew it into a contact center of more than 100 seats serving clients around the world, including in the USA, the UAE, Australia and India. Those years of running a contact center for international clients shaped how he approaches Growleads: with documented processes, trained teams and quality measured rather than assumed.
His formal training points the same way. Chintan holds a master's degree in finance from ITM Mumbai and certifications as a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) and Six Sigma Green Belt, along with COPC and CMMi certifications. COPC is a performance standard used in contact-center and customer-experience operations, and CMMi is a process-maturity framework, so both map closely onto the work Growleads does every day.

Beyond Growleads
Alongside his role at Growleads LLP, Chintan founded two consumer brands: Traditional Threads, which sells Indian ethnic wear, and Soul Sound, a mobile accessories brand.
