Chintan Anjaria › Paddle Point BPO
Chintan Mukesh Anjaria (Chintan Anjaria) founded Paddle Point BPO Services in Thane, India, in 2012 and led the company as its CEO. Under his leadership it grew into a contact center of more than 100 seats, serving clients around the world, including in the USA, the UAE, Australia and India. Chintan is now the CEO of Growleads LLP and lives in Edison, New Jersey, but Paddle Point is where his work as a BPO founder began.
Starting Paddle Point in Thane, 2012
Chintan started Paddle Point BPO Services in 2012 in Thane, Maharashtra, next door to Mumbai. The company was set up as a business process outsourcing operation: a contact center and back-office team that other businesses could rely on to handle their customer conversations and the process work behind them.
Outsourcing work like this is built on trust. A client hands over its customers, its data and its reputation, and expects every call and every task to be handled the way it would handle them itself. Chintan led Paddle Point as founder and CEO.
Building a 100+ seat contact center for clients around the world
Over the years that followed, Paddle Point grew into a contact center with more than 100 seats. Its client base was international: the company served businesses around the world, including clients in the USA, the UAE, Australia and India.
Serving clients in different countries means working across time zones, accents, regulations and expectations at once. A team in Thane might be supporting a customer in one market in the morning and another market by evening. Growing to more than 100 seats under those conditions depends on repeatable processes, careful training and consistent quality checks, which is where Chintan's background in quality management comes in.
Quality certifications
Chintan holds a master's degree in finance from ITM Mumbai. Alongside it, he has earned several quality and process certifications that are directly relevant to running outsourced operations:
- Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), a credential in quality assurance principles and practice.
- Six Sigma Green Belt, covering the data-driven Six Sigma method for reducing errors and variation in a process.
- COPC, a performance standard widely used in customer-experience and contact-center operations.
- CMMi, a process-improvement and maturity framework for organizations.
Together, these reflect the way he approaches a BPO: as a set of measurable processes that can be documented, checked and improved, rather than simply a room full of phones.
