Chintan's professional background is in operations and quality: he holds a master's degree in finance from ITM Mumbai and certifications including Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), Six Sigma Green Belt, COPC and CMMi. Those disciplines are about making a process reliable and repeatable, whether the process is answering a customer's call or getting the right order to the right door.
